By engaging Nexa Global Tech for international marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Nexa Global Tech provides digital marketing services including (but not limited to) SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, website development, WordPress development, graphic design, app development, and related digital solutions. Services are delivered based on the agreed proposal or package.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, content, branding assets, and timely feedback. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and results.

3. Payment Terms

All international payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

Any third-party costs (ads, tools, plugins, hosting, etc.) are paid separately by the client.

4. Marketing Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results vary depending on market conditions, competition, and client involvement. Nexa Global Tech does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, or revenue outcomes but commits to best-practice strategies and professional execution.

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as per your selected package. Major changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final approved deliverables. Nexa Global Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business information, credentials, and project details confidential.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Nexa Global Tech is not responsible for changes or policies applied by platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising/search networks that may impact campaign performance.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nexa Global Tech shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising from marketing activities or third-party platforms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international business laws and regulations.
